I’m currently working with a well established family run lift company looking to bring in an experienced Lift Service Engineer to cover London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys servicing, maintenance and repairs and wants a role with flexibility, stability and genuine long term progression within a business that values its staff.
The role will involve carrying out planned maintenance, servicing and repairs across a portfolio of commercial and residential lifts. The focus is on preventative maintenance and keeping lifts operating safely and efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance, servicing and repairs on lifts
- Complete fault finding and safety inspections to a high standard
- Maintain strong customer relationships across your route
- Ensure all work meets current health and safety legislation
- Represent the business professionally on client sites
Requirements
- I’m currently working with a well established family run lift company looking to bring in an experienced Lift Service Engineer to cover London.

- Ideally, you'll have at least 3 years experience as a Lift Service Engineer or be time served within the lift industry with strong servicing and maintenance experience.
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Servicing and Repair, LEIA modules or equivalent would be highly beneficial, although candidates working towards qualifications will also be considered. Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation is important, and 18th Edition would be advantageous.
- The role offers a 40 hour working week with flexibility around start and finish times, allowing engineers to work their hours around other commitments where required.
- Salary is between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
