We're currently recruiting a Fire & Security Engineer for a well-established company in the Stockport area.
The role covers fire alarms, intruder systems and access control across installation and maintenance.
✅ Minimum 3 years fire and security experience ✅ Must live within the SK postcode area ✅ Full UK driving licence essential ✅ Company vehicle and fuel card included ✅ Monday to Friday with overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test and handover fire and security systems
- Work from technical drawings and specifications
- Carry out programming, fault finding and system testing
- Ensure work meets current regulations and British Standards
- Maintain professional standards on commercial and industrial sites
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years fire and security experience
- Must live within the SK postcode area
- Full UK driving licence essential
Desirable
- Additional sector-specific qualifications or manufacturer training
- Experience with similar equipment or systems
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
